From the meeting point, walk to the Accademia Gallery entrance at Via Ricasoli, 58/60 (about 2 minutes on foot). Look for the Red Lane — reserved for priority skip-the-line tickets.

Our representative will be standing in front of the Carrefour Supermarket at Via Ricasoli, 115 holding a sign. This is where you collect your physical tickets before proceeding to the gallery entrance.
Priority Entrance — Red Lane
After collecting your tickets at the meeting point, walk to the gallery entrance. Queue at the Red Lane — this is the priority skip-the-line lane for pre-booked tickets. Do not join the blue (on-site purchase) queue.

Museum Rules & Conduct
- 🚫 Do not touch the artworks — keep a safe distance at all times.
- 📵 Turn off or mute your mobile phone inside the gallery. Keep voices low.
- ⚡ No flash photography. Non-flash photography for personal use is permitted.
- 🥤 No food or drink inside gallery rooms. Bottled water (max 500ml) is tolerated.
- 🚭 No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.
- 👕 Appropriate clothing required. Bare shoulders or very short attire may be requested to be covered.
- 📐 Only pencils and digital devices allowed for sketching. No paints, tripods, or cumbersome equipment.
- 🛡️ Follow all instructions given by museum staff and security personnel.

- ✅Tickets are NOT nominative. Adults do not need to show ID for entry. Simply present your physical ticket at the Red Lane.
- 🆔Children under 18 must bring valid ID (passport or national ID card) to prove their age. Required for free or reduced-price entry for minors.
- 📅Fixed date and time. Your ticket is valid only for the specific date and time slot booked. No changes are possible after confirmation.
- 🚶No physical guide included. Your booking includes the PopGuide audio guide (sent separately). A human guide is not included unless you booked a guided tour.
- ♿Reduced-price tickets are available for visitors with disabilities. Use the accessible lane on the right side of the entrance.

No animals of any kind are permitted inside the Accademia Gallery.

- No. Your ticket grants a single entry only. Once you leave the gallery, you cannot re-enter with the same ticket.
- No. Your booking includes the PopGuide audio guide, sent to you by email and WhatsApp. A human guide is not included unless you specifically booked a guided tour.
- Unfortunately, once a booking is confirmed, the date and time cannot be changed. Entry is only valid for the specific slot selected at the time of booking.
- Yes. Babies and young children are welcome. Pushchairs and prams are allowed inside the gallery.
- If you arrive at Via Ricasoli 115 and cannot locate our representative, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. Do not go to the gallery entrance without your physical tickets.
